We are so thrilled to have local cafe-restaurant stalwarts The White Label at The Sultan! Celebrated for their unique blend of French and local Malayan cuisine, expect exciting offerings like Masala Bone Marrow, Salmon Assam Nonya, Spanish Octopus with Curry Romesco Sauce, and their take on Squid Ink Spaghetti which features umami-packed Sotong Masak Hitam sauce, served with Crispy Shisamo, Fresh Squid & Shoyu Ikura.

Led by Group Head Chef, Nelson Chua (previously of Atout, Au Petit Salut, and Les Bouchons), Chef Nelson brings with him 28 years of French culinary experience that is focused on bringing out the best in fresh, premium ingredients. Savour the difference with their signature steaks like the Côtes de Bœuf for 2 served with Spicy Cauliflower and Tumeric Butter Roasted Tomatoes, or their Entrecôte M6/7 Wagyu Ribeye.

Remember to leave space for fantastical dessert creations by Pastry Chef Nadhirah Norhan. As part of The White Label’s opening specials, Chef Nadhirah has introduced a stunning series of entremets as part of her limited time Fruit Creations menu.
